I became insolvent a year ago and saw no other option than bankruptcy. A friend of mine had been through an IVA and told me how relieving it was to have one single monthly payment rather than keeping track of many creditors. I decided to go forward and apply for an IVA. Two months later my IVA had been approved and was underway. I am now 8months into my IVA and everything is running smoothly, I only have one monthly payment to worry about and hopefully I should be debt free in the next 3years. Thanks to IVA!
